Production process
From material preparation to finished cargo body.
The workflow covers material preparation, roll forming, sub-assembly welding, body welding, inspection, e-coating, paint, final assembly and warehousing.
01Floor assembly
Longitudinal beams, cross beams and bottom plates are positioned, welded and inspected.
02Side & rear panels
Side boards and rear panels are roll-formed, riveted or welded according to body design.
03Front panel assembly
Front protection frames and panel assemblies are welded and checked before final body joining.
04Body welding
Body modules are assembled in fixtures, welded, repaired and cleaned before inspection.
05E-coating
Overall electrophoresis improves corrosion resistance before paint finishing.
06Paint & inspection
High-temperature baking paint and finish inspection prepare the body for assembly.
07Final assembly
Truck body lifting, mounting and final checks are completed before delivery.
08Final inspection
Finished cargo bodies are inspected and moved to the qualified vehicle area or warehouse.
